You must not share your account credentials with any third party. phcrown1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your phcrown1 Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify our support team immediately. phcrown1 reserves the right to suspend any Account pending investigation of suspected unauthorized access or fraudulent activity.
You may request the closure of your phcrown1 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (after deduction of applicable Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. phcrown1 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts. You will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.
phcrown1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱5. Deposits are generally credited to your phcrown1 Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. phcrown1 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during business hours. Bank transfers to Philippine banks are generally completed within the same business day, subject to the receiving bank's processing times. phcrown1 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
phcrown1 is committed to compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. phcrown1 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by phcrown1 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before they become eligible for withdrawal. Real-money Balance and Bonus Funds are kept separate; real-money Balance is used first in all wagers unless otherwise specified.
phcrown1 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom, and to close the associated Account, where it determines in its sole discretion that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players in connection with a promotion.
phcrown1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any such modification shall not affect bonuses already credited to a player's Account prior to the modification.
All games available on the phcrown1 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical game equipment operated by trained dealers. Game outcomes are determined independently of any player action or phcrown1 intervention. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, phcrown1 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's Account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. phcrown1 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the wagered stake.
If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must notify phcrown1 support within 72 hours of the disputed game round. phcrown1 will investigate the matter using server-side game logs, which shall be the definitive record of all game outcomes. The decision of phcrown1 following such investigation shall be final, subject to any applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution process.

phcrown1's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phcrown1 Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phcrown1 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
phcrown1 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering on the phcrown1 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism where applicable.
